About the Position:
Siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Support Equipment Specialist che entrerà nel team Technical Equipment, riportando direttamente al technical Equipment Manager.
Questa posizione avrà sede a Corbetta (MI).
We are looking for a Technical Support Equipment Specialist to join the Technical Equipment team, reporting directly to the Technical Equipment Manager.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI).
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Supporto tecnico telefonico e online (ticketing) ad officine affiliate alla rete Checkstar e fuori rete;
- Analisi e gestione delle richieste tecniche automotive, con utilizzo di database professionali (schemi elettrici, procedure, documentazione tecnica);
- Supporto all’attivazione, utilizzo e troubleshooting di apparecchiature diagnostiche e attrezzature officina;
- Contributo all’alimentazione dei contenuti tecnici (Tech Blog, aree riservate, documentazione di supporto);
- Supporto allo sviluppo e validazione di attrezzature tecniche e software (test funzionali, debug);
- Supporto tecnico di secondo livello su prodot
