Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services group, is a financial intermediary pursuant to Article 106 of the Italian Banking Act (TUB), specialised in structured finance transactions. Founded in 2000, Zenith Global manages more than 300 securitisation special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and approximately €50 billion in assets in its role as Master Servicer.
