Senior Technical Architect

Reschio is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to work in close collaboration with Count Benedikt Bolza, Owner and Chief Creative Architect, contributing to the development of exceptional private residential projects within one of Europe’s most distinctive architectural and design environments.
This is a role for an architect of substantial technical maturity, discipline and judgement. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting the creative direction of Count Bolza and the Reschio design leadership, translating it into precise, coherent and buildable architectural drawings, details and construction information. The position is not primarily a conceptual design role. It requires the ability to understand, protect and develop a clearly defined architectural language with rigour, sensitivity and technical precision. The ideal candidate will combine architectural intelligence with method, patience and an uncompromising attention to detail.
Founded in 1999,
the Reschio design studio has developed a highly structured architectural culture and a distinctive design imprint, supported today by three Senior Architects and eight draftspersons. Within this environment, standards of drawing, proportion, materiality and construction detail are carefully codified and consistently refined across projects.
