Senior Product Manager (f/m)

Scope and Purpose:
Working on strategy implementation and management for retail banking transactional products (accounts, cards, payments, merchant acquiring) for banks in Intesa Sanpaolo Group, this position will include following key responsibilities:
- Monitor performance of the existing transactional products and services of Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks, with focus on commercial and profitability monitoring
- Propose product changes and commercial remediation actions to improve the performance, follow implementation and results
- Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
- Analyse Banks' proposals and co-design, co-develop and monitor transactional products and channels in all phases of its lifecycle for banks in Intesa Sanpaolo Group
- Lead and coordinate implementation of transactional products and functionalities in mobile applications, including cards, payments, wallet features and related digital services
- Support development and enhancement of digital payment experiences, including wallet-related functionalities, tokenized card usage and other innovative transactional solutions
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and customer val
