Build the next stage of Paid Media at Convertix Italy Convertix is an international Search & Performance Marketing consultancy specialising in Paid Media, SEO, CRO and Analytics .
We work with ambitious brands across 20+ countries and 10+ languages, helping them grow through integrated Search and Performance Marketing strategies.
Our Italian business is growing, and we are looking for a Paid Media Growth Manager who wants to grow with it.
We are looking for someone who understands Paid Media deeply, but thinks beyond Google Ads and Meta. Someone curious about the client's business, who looks for opportunities and wants to understand how to grow an account, not just how to optimise a campaign.
The challenge Many Paid Media specialists are excellent executors. They can build campaigns, optimise PMax, adjust bidding strategies and prepare reports.
But for this role, it isn't enough.
We want someone who naturally asks bigger questions:
Which countries, products or categories have the greatest growth potential?
Can we scale budgets profitably?
Is the problem really Paid Media,



or is it CRO, pricing, feeds, tracking, creative or the landing page?
Which new markets, channels or opportunities should we test?
The role You will manage and grow Paid Media projects for Italian and international clients across eCommerce and performance-driven businesses.
You will work directly with Google Ads, Meta and performance data, but execution is only one part of the job.
Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms.
Build testing, optimisation and growth roadmaps.
Identify opportunities across budgets, products, markets and channels.
Look beyond platform metrics to understand what is actually driving business performance.
Identify CRO, feed, tracking, creative or landing-page opportunities affecting Paid Media performance.
Proactively bring recommendations and new ideas to clients.
