As part of a project team,

you will gain hands‑on experience in cost planning, cost management, and cost control for exciting building construction projects from theindustrial sectors (e.g. Data Centres, Pharma, Manufacturing).
In this role you will work on cost management and commercial control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages on a major Data Center project in Milan. The role offers exposure to all project phases, from design through construction and handover.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
- Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
- Support procurement and tendering activities.
- Prepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs.
