Circular Resourcing are recruiting for a Land Acquisition Manager to identify and secure land acquisition opportunities in Italy for the development of large-scale renewable energy plants. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating suitable land, building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, local stakeholders, and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is able to plan and execute effective acquisition strategies, from the scouting phase to the formalization of agreements.
Location: remote/home-based with travel expected
Contract type: The role can be permanent, or options to freelance for the right person.
Identify and develop new land acquisition opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy projects in Italy
Manage direct contacts with landowners, intermediaries,
and local stakeholders to negotiate and conclude agreements (options, leases, easements, etc.)
Collaborate with technical teams to assess the feasibility of identified sites
Support permitting and project development teams throughout the entire life cycle of the initiative
Plan strategically and critically to ensure project success
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent professional xrdztoy experience
~3+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, renewable project development, or business development in Italy
~ Knowledge of the real estate and/or renewable energy market in Italy (preferred)
~ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
~ Fluent Italian; good knowledge of English is a plus
