About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Project Planner to support the planning and scheduling activities across our utility‐scale energy storage projects.
Reporting to the C‐ suit of the company, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, helping to coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning activities into a single execution plan.
Working alongside Project Managers and the planning team, you will help ensure that project milestones are tracked, schedule updates are accurate, and potential delays are flagged early. This is a cross‐functional role, ideal for a planning professional looking to grow within a fast‐scaling, international energy company.
Location: Milan's HQ, with 4 days per week onsite
Key Responsibilities
Support the development, update and maintenance of integrated project schedules, from project kick‐off through commissioning and handover.
Assist in building and managing the project master schedule, integrating Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction and Commissioning activities.
Help monitor the project critical path, schedule risks and key dependencies, escalating issues to the Project Planning Manager.
Track project progress and update schedules against actual execution.
