Role Summary This is a great opportunity to own and shape the People & Culture function at Naphora, building on the foundations already in place and continuing to develop the function as the company grows.
It's a broad, hands-on generalist role covering the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance, workforce planning, learning and development, culture, employee experience, compliance, and day-to-day People operations. You'll work closely with leadership and managers to make sure we have the right people, structures, and support in place,



while continuing to build and improve our People practices as Naphora grows.
Responsibilities
People, Performance & Development Partner with leadership and managers on people priorities, challenges, and decisions Own the performance management and appraisal cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, development plans, and performance improvement Build and maintain talent matrices to assess performance, potential, key talent, and development needs across teams Lead talent reviews, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant training and development opportunities Support employee relations and be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers Help strengthen company culture, communication, accountability, and ways of working Workforce & Talent Partner with leadership on wor
