We are looking for a Content & Community Specialist who combines editorial thinking, platform expertise, and community management skills to help create meaningful conversations between brands and people. Editorial Planning
Develop monthly and always‐on editorial calendars across social media platforms under the guidance of a Senior Content Manager.
Identify reactive and proactive content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments, and community insights.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice and adherence to platform best practices across all content.
Community Management
Prepare briefs for creative, design, and motion teams regarding editorial assets.
Collaborate throughout the entire content production process, from briefing to publishing.
Support influencer and creator activations from an editorial perspective.
Ensure content is optimised for each platform and audience.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, PR, and Data teams.
Align editorial plans with campaign objectives and paid media strategies.




Contribute to brainstorming sessions with platform expertise and a social‐first mindset.
Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery.
Reporting & Insights (in collaboration with the Analytics Unit)
Stay updated on platform developments, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
2–3 years of experience in social media, editorial content, or community management, preferably within an agency environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of social media, streaming, and entertainment platforms.
Experience using publishing and community management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Emplifi, or similar platforms.
Passionate about internet culture, creators, digital trends, and online communities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment.
Experience managing influencer or creator‐led content.
Knowledge of social listening tools and platforms.
