We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our AI team focused on bringing ML & Generative AI into the heart of our operations (e.g. claims, underwriting, customer support).
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to redefine the core operative processes, leveraging ML & GenAI techniques to enhance not only efficiency but, most importantly, the overall effectiveness and quality of outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that create tangible business value and redefine the future of ops at Prima.
Leverage Machine Learning and GenAI to solve complex business problems, making our processes better and faster;
Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making;
Contribute directly to Prima’s long-term success and financial impact through concrete solutions.
Strong academic background in quantitative fields such as Math, Physics, Data Science, or Engineering;
All experience levels, including recent graduates with no prior working experience;
Curiosity, proactivity, quick learning and an innovative mindset.
Hands-on experience with Python and coding best practices;
Experience with machine learning and Generative AI (openAI/Gemini APIs, agentic frameworks, …)
Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English.
