We are looking for a HSE Specialist to join our Health, Safety & Environment Team.
In this role, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, supporting the continuous improvement of workplace safety standards and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.
HSE Specialist & ASPP Activities: Documentation Management: Maintain and update HSE documentation, including risk assessments (DVR) and other mandatory records.
Training Management: Coordinate mandatory HSE training programs in compliance with current legislation (Legislative Decree 81⁄2008 and State-Regions Agreements),



working closely with external partners for training delivery and periodic updates.
Health Surveillance Management: Support occupational health surveillance activities, collaborating with the Occupational Physician (Medico Competente) in planning and monitoring medical examinations.
Audits & Compliance Monitoring: Conduct internal audits and regular inspections to verify compliance with legal requirements, company procedures, and HSE management systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to promote and integrate safety best practices throughout the organization.
Support the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving workplace health, safety, and environmental performance.

Degree in Engineering or related fields.
Qualification as Prevention and Protection Service Officer (ASPP/RSPP Modules A, B and C).
At least 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably withi
