Education
- Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Degree
Experience / Qualifications
- Licensure in the State of Florida as APRN/RN or Physician Assistant
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
- Demonstrates high-quality case management abilities and clinical competency
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Position Summary
The APRN/PA works in collaboration with physicians and other patient care team members,
in an active practice to deliver health care services to patients and families.
- Provides direct patient care.
- Performs procedures and prescribes medications under protocol.
- Provides patient education and counseling.
- Participates in the marketing, evaluation and growth at JMC.
- The position will support the physician plus assisiting as first assist in the OR.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
