JOB PURPOSEThe Client Advisor role is at the heart of our retail experience, tasked with fostering meaningful, lasting relationships with both new and returning clients. Reporting to store management,
you will serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Burberry, delivering an elevated and personalised luxury service that reflects our rich heritage and contemporary vision.
You will inspire clients through thoughtful storytelling, expert styling advice, and tailored product recommendations, ensuring every interaction embodies the passion and craftsmanship behind the Burberry brand. This position requires a deep understanding of client engagement, a flair for sales, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
