Join Arcwide as an Intern and start your journey in business transformation and digital innovation
Location: Milan (preferred) or Turin
Duration: 6 months, full‑time
What You Can Expect From The Role

- Contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to successful delivery
- Assist in the creation of high‑quality client deliverables (e.g. process flows, timelines, executive presentations)
- Support business process analysis and assessments
- Participate in software configuration, write functional specifications, and perform system testing
- Take part in data migration and system conversion activities
- Assist in implementing ERP modules
- Help guide customers through the change management process.
What We Will Look For In Your CV

- You’re completing or have completed a relevant Masters Degree e.g. IT, International Business, Economics etc.
- You have a solid track record of learning and development (certifications or training are a plus)
- You have a strong interest in business, technology, and operational processes
- You bring excellent problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- You’re fluent in Italian and English (additional European languages are a bonus).
