We are seeking a Product / Business Analyst – Wealth Management for our team in Milan
Profile and Responsibility:
As a Product Analyst , you will support the development and evolution of Objectway’s digital platform, working closely with product managers,
developers, and UX/UI experts. Most of your time will be focused on internal product activities - backlog management, requirement analysis, user stories, and agile team support. You will have the opportunity to be involved with client-facing activities, such as delivering demos and presentations.
Main Activities:
Core Product Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
Write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem-solving.
Work closely wi
