Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Process Design activities during project execution phase in compliance with time, quality and budget requirements
Carry out process analysis and simulations to evaluate the efficiency of the processes
Prepare Heat Material Balance Sheets
Create Process Flow Diagrams and Process Piping &Instrumentation; Diagrams
Equipment sizing;
Equipment and Instrumentation Process datasheet compilation
Knowledge of international best practices and engineering standards
Definition and sizing of lines
PSV, Control Valves calculation and sizing
HazOp, HazId support
Prepare Process Specifications for Request for Quotation (RfQ) and provide support for the technical process compliance
Assistance to the various disciplines for the development of detailed design
Carry out feasibility analyses
Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of the plants
Verify compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards
Knowledge & Qualifications
Master's degree in chemic
