Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described. - CANDIDATE PROFILEGuest Assistance: - Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage. - Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms, suites, or vehicles. - Provide directions and information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions. Operational Duties: - Assist with valet parking services, if applicable, by parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
- Deliver packages, messages, or amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner. - Assist with setting up or breaking down event spaces, as needed. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrances, and surrounding areas. Guest Service Excellence: - Respond to guest requests and queries promptly, ensuring satisfaction. - Offer assistance with mobility devices such as wheelchairs, strollers, or carts. - Collaborate with other departments to accommodate special guest requests. Safety and Security: - Handle guest luggage and property with care, ensuring no damage or loss occurs. - Maintain awareness of resort security procedures and report any suspicious activities. - Adhere to health and safety standards during all tasks. QualificationsQualification: - Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field. Experience: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in
