Are you someone who lights up when you help people find exactly what they need? Do you want to be the first friendly face that military families see when they walk through the door?

We are seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the welcoming anchor of the Army Community Service (ACS) Center at Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy. You will be the first point of contact for U.S. service members, DA Civilians, and their families — many of whom have just arrived in Italy and are navigating a new country, a new base, and a new chapter of military life. Your ability to listen, guide, and connect customers to the right resources directly shapes the quality of life for the entire Vicenza military community.

What You’ll Do

Customer Welcome and Intake




- You’ll greet and assist every walk-in and telephonic customer, determining their service needs and directing them to the appropriate ACS office or installation agency with accuracy and warmth.
- You’ll learn the full range of ACS program offerings — Financial Readiness, Relocation Readiness, Army Family Team Building, Family Advocacy, Employment Readiness — so every customer gets an informed referral on first contact, not a handoff chain.
- You’ll log every customer contact (walk-in and telephonic) in the ACS Client Tracking System (CTS) daily by close of business, ensuring data integrity for monthly reporting.

Scheduling and Records Management
- You’ll maintain and update the ACS facility calendar daily, managing classroom and conference room reservations for workshops, briefings, spouse orientations, and command-requested events across all ACS programs.
