Responsibilities / Tasks Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring the timely availability of materials and services required for production and business operations.
Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
Support supplier negotiations regarding pricing, delivery terms, and service levels in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels, and procurement KPIs to ensure continuity of supply and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards,



and procurement procedures.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily procurement activities for direct and/or indirect materials and services.
Issue, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate purchasing data and supplier information within ERP systems.
Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Monitor inventory levels and take proactive actions to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Resolve supplier delivery issues, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
