Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you drive growth by winning end-user automation deals and managing strategic relationships from CxO to line managers. You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams, coordinate with System Integrators and partners, and craft value-based propositions for Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Plant offerings. You’ll influence procurement through compelling business cases and manage the full sales cycle to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role blends technical insight with strategic relationship leadership in a global, target-driven environment.

Develop new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
Manage customer relationships through all sales-cycle stages
Oversee smooth hand-off to delivery via System Integrators and partners
Coach partners’ delivery leaders on customer relationship management
Provide feedback on customer needs to portfolio function
Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric sales processes and approvals
Coordinate relationships between key customer personnel and Schneider Electric executives
Lead or coordinate global relationship management initiatives with other geographic units
Create and maintain territory sales plan
Drive growth through collaboration with SE Automation distributors
Identify prospects and entry strategies
Identify SI partners with domain expertise to deliver solutions
Utilize business and financial knowledge to craft value propositions
Execute competitive sales tactics to win business
Coordinate deal crafting and positioning
Lead or participate in contract negotiations
Manage demand and qualify opportunities
5+ years of complex, solution-selling sales experience in Water/Wastewater segment
Strong technical knowledge: Automation Systems and Solutions, PLC, PAC, Automation Controllers, CONTROLS, Drives, HMI, SCADA, MES, IoT solutions, Connected Devices
Experience in Solution Selling, Outcome-Based Selling, Customer-C
