Remote Solar Service Engineer – Italy

GoodWe Italy is seeking a Service Engineer (m/f/d) to deliver Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS products across overseas markets, while assisting the local Level 1 hotline teams with escalations. You will also train the L1 team to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and align with the Europe regional team to support sales growth.
A typical day involves collaborating with distribution partners, organizing training sessions, and coordinating with GoodWe’s service and RD
