Key responsibilities
- Collaborate in the search and selection of employees and trainees (job posting, contact with schools and training institutes, screening, phone calls, organizing and supporting interviews);
- Support the onboarding of new employees/trainees,
including administrative procedures and facility tours;
- Assist with HR administrative activities: hiring/termination processes, updating and archiving personal files, verifying and collecting employee attendance/absences;
- Help prepare monthly employee reporting;
- Assist in the management of temporary staff and various economic incentives linked to teams;
- Help coordinate medical visits and training courses;
- Collaborate in organizing staff‑dedicated events;
- Work with the HR team on daily departmental activities.
Desired skills and qualifications
- Education in tourism, hospitality or human resources;
- Brief experience in HR or the hotel industry considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages;
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.);
