Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries for Italian speaking customers via Inbound calls, Email and Chats.
- Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot security-related issues, including account access, threats, vulnerabilities,
and software problems
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve the best outcomes.
- Meet quality and performance targets while maintaining professionalism.
