Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Client Experience Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:
- Support the monitoring and analysis of client service performance, including key service KPIs and SLAs;
- Prepare Excel files and monitoring automatic dashboards
- Build up monthly e quarterly reports for global and local markets;
- Foster performance reviews in Excel or PPT format for internal departments;
- Participation in UAT activities and preparation of technical and/or project documentation (requirements) such as delivery of new features, channels and process enhancements;
- Assist in tracking project activities and deliverables supporting monitoring project timelines, utilizing project tools such as Planner and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Assist in maintaining and updating operational documentation (eg. procedures and knowledge bases);
- Support administrative and back-end activities related to Client Service operations such as systems updates, users internal audit, first and second level escalation monitoring of technical issues, invoice tracking and other back-office tasks.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
