Your Role
We are looking for a Controlling Specialist with a strong reporting focus to join our Controlling team at Technogym Village in Cesena.
Reporting directly to the Reporting Controller, you will strengthen the team's capacity to produce sophisticated, high-quality financial insights for the top management. This role is about going beyond standard reporting: you will develop advanced analytical models, build scenario simulations, and transform raw data into decision-enabling narratives for senior leaders. Your work will directly accelerate the quality and speed of management decisions across the organization.
Your Impact
- Design, build, and maintain advanced management reporting packages and dashboards for the CFO and top management, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance
- Develop scenario models and simulations to support strategic decisions, providing senior management with structured views of the financial implications of different courses of action
- Upgrade existing reporting from standard variance commentary towards mo
