About the RoleWe are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join World Courier in Lainate, Milan, Italy. In this role, you will help ensure that local transport operations are aligned with World Courier quality standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Working closely with local teams, management, suppliers,



and regional and global quality stakeholders, you will play an important part in maintaining and improving the local Quality Management System. This is a great opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, regulated environment and wants to contribute to service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Salary: €50,000 - €56,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the local Quality Management System (QMS).
- Act as a key local contact for quality and compliance matters, supporting the Country Manager and wider local team.
- Ensure transport quality topics are represented in local and global meetings, projects, and initiatives.
- Organize and support management review meetings in line with applicable SOPs.
- Manage and support the supplier qualification and evaluation process, including approvals, performance monitoring
