We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of our partner, RISCO.
RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide. The company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions, working closely with partners, installers, distributors, and customers across the Italian market.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, installers, system integrators, and end users
- Analyze technical issues and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions
