Remote Inbound Sales Representative – Italian Speaker (C1 Minimum)
We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Inbound Sales Representatives for an international project. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on managing incoming leads and converting them into successful sales.
If you are sales-driven but prefer working with warm leads instead of cold calling, this role is for you.
About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle incoming customer requests from clients already interested in the product or service. Your objective is to understand customer needs, present the best solution, and close the sale professionally.
This is not a cold-calling position.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries
- Qualify warm leads and identify customer needs
- Present products and services clearly and persuasively
- Close sales and meet performance targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements
- Italian level C1 minimum (spoken and written)
- Good English level (B2 minimum)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
