Our communities are growing and so are our teams We’re hiring a Service Technician at San Milan in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation:
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hour.
- All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
- Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications*

Requirements
- General knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards
- Knowledge of building systems
- Service orientation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician is highly desirable.
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English.
