Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of materials for assigned suppliers, monitor production plans, and coordinate logistics until receipt in the systems, in line with company processes and procedures.
- Provide visibility to internal customers on supplier plans, prevent criticalities, manage priorities, and ensure the achievement of service and manufacturing sales plans, including quick execution during customer outages and emergencies.
- Collaborate with suppliers, service fulfillment, manufacturing operations, project managers, quality,
and engineering to define preventive actions and recovery plans for business urgencies.
- Support supplier execution, keep key metrics updated in the system, and coordinate with material management to support inventory management, sales plans, and services ODB reduction programs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and relevant service providers to ensure on‑time delivery of all documentation associated with supplied materials.
- Interact with the platform and operating units within procurement to provide regular feedback on supplier performance and refine the supplier strategy.
- Partner with quality to support supplier surveillance and resolve on‑time issues.
- Coordinate with the logistic team to generate transportation plans that minimize cost and improve efficiency.
- Support vendor recovery negotiations and accounts payable resolution related to invoice issues.
