The Workflow & IT Solution Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions within customer environments. This role ensures the successful deployment and integration of diagnostic systems and workflows, aligning technical solutions with laboratory operational needs.
The specialist works closely with laboratory staff, customers, and cross-functional teams to execute standard and customized configurations, support system installation, and drive effective adoption of automation solutions
