Job Summary
To manage properly all the activities related to Booking Department
What will I be doing?
- Checking bookings in the system
- Controlling arrivals
- Managing email correspondence
- Support for the contact center that makes reservations
- Supporting the departments of each hotel
- Managing payments
- Miscellaneous inquiries from guests (through direct channels but also extranet Booking.com and Expedia)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Must have a very good English; other languagesare preferred.
- Degree in Tourism or Hospitality;
- Passionate for Hospitality and with astrong attitude to interpersonal relationships.
The role is classified as an INTERNSHIP with an expense allowance of at least €600.
