Semi-Technician (Lead) | Grade FX-T2

Location: Bhopal | Varanasi | Surat

Employment: Full-time, On-roll

Job Summary:
Lead a team of 2 helpers for elevator preventive maintenance, routine breakdowns, minor repairs, and installation support. Ensure safety, quality, timely PM completion, and accurate service reporting while developing skills toward a Technician (Lead) role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance, lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and safety checks.
- Attend routine elevator breakdowns and resolve minor mechanical/electrical issues.
- Support elevator installation, material shifting, scaffolding preparation, and finishing work.
- Allocate tasks and supervise 2 helpers.
- Maintain PM checklists, service reports, tools, and consumables.
- Ensure PPE, electrical isolation, and safe working practices.




- Escalate complex technical issues with accurate fault details.

Eligibility:
- ITI Electrician/Fitter preferred; 10th/12th with relevant experience may be considered.
- 14 years experience in elevator maintenance or electro-mechanical work.
- Basic knowledge of elevator maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and electrical safety.
- Good team-handling, communication, discipline, and willingness to learn.
