Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern
As a BDR Intern you will be part of our Sales Team and play an active role in supporting our growth in Italy. The internship begins on the 1st of September 2026. You will assist in prospecting, following up,
and passing on qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers. No prior sales experience is required—we’re looking for someone extremely organized, curious, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and confidence to hop on the phone with new people daily.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Business Developer in training and brand ambassador to our prospective customers.
- Support identification of business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold‑calling, emailing, and social selling, and help qualify inbound leads.
- Build relationships with stakeholders up to and including C‑level executives, learning to identify their potential needs and qualify their interest and viability to drive sales.
- Help pass solid leads, connecting them to a salesperson and arranging in‑person/virtual meetings, emails or phone calls.
