The position contributes to the execution of fleet strategies, supports financial and operational planning, and assists in managing projects and processes that enhance fleet performance and customer/partners satisfaction.
Role and duty – core business
- Provide support in the development of short-, mid-, and long-term fleet strategies aligned with corporate objectives,
assisting in translating strategic goals into actionable business plans and initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of fleet strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Support sales and financial planning activities, including forecasting and budgeting for fleet operations.
- Prepare scenario analyses to inform and guide strategic decision-making processes
- Assist in the coordination and execution of strategic projects aimed at enhancing fleet performance and customer/partner satisfaction monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support regular communication and joint planning sessions with all business partners to foster collaboration and shared goals
Daily business
- Act as the primary contact with HQ ensuring alignment and support
- Serve as the preferred contact for internal departments regarding non-sales act
