We are looking for a new team member for the new JYSK distribution center in Italy.
If you are passionate about logistics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Job Description
It will be your responsibility to ensure efficient flow of goods to and in the JYSK Distribution Center and to ensure goods in the DC is in the right place and the right time to the right cost. Please submit your application in English.
Internal Processes
- Ensure a floorplan for operation on all shifts, coordinating to ensure a flattened flow
- Coordinate flow of goods with relevant parties
- Document, optimize and develop new work processes
- Participate, coordinate, optimize and document flow interactions between planning and operations
- Creating new KPI's and targets to optimize
- Participate in continues development of procedure, routines, storage strategy etc.
- Ensure Motivated and Develop employees
- Ensure improvement in ESS
- Focus on best practice
- Follow up on, KPI, key figures, projects
- Ad Hoc

Great DC Management:
- Provide a clear understanding of the tasks,



responsibilities and competencies
- Ensure a functional description on all levels
- Prioritizes and delegates work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
- Manage the subordinate team, plans, motivates, evaluates and develops the staff
- Secure the necessary training of employees
- Focus on best practice sharing across functions, departments and other DC's
- Develop and maintain an efficient and professional organization
- Ensure motivated and skilled employees with focus on pipeline development
- Work environment

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in the above areas and is enthusiastic about implementing these in a new distribution center.
Expect approx. 5-10 travel days
