Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead in Italy to connect the Global Customer Care Centre of Excellence with local markets. You’ll own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalated requests, and ensure every interaction meets global standards while respecting local needs.
You will partner with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to remove barriers, improve performance, and enhance the end-to-end customer
