Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX Designer Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing and refining user experiences for a platform serving global markets. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prototype user interfaces for a digital platform targeting global users.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven metrics to improve user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and accessible interface designs.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product development environment.
