As an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries.

Your missions?
Lead and coordinate multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across different regions.
Manage project planning, dependencies, costs, quality and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
Oversee testing, cutover, go-live and handover activities.
Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
Ensure alignment with supply chain processes and best practices.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
Your profile?
Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in international or supply chain projects.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience in Supply Chain projects and/or managing large-scale budgets would be a plus.
Nice to have
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Work model
Hybrid position: 1 day per week from one of our offices in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna.
