To strengthen our international presence, we are looking for a highly autonomous and results-driven professional , operating as a self-employed freelance collaborator , for the role of Overseas Territory Manager (Freelance – VAT Registered).
Role Overview
The Overseas Territory Manager , operating under a freelance/VAT-registered contract , manages business development activities in assigned foreign territories, with full organizational autonomy.
The collaboration is structured in accordance with the European Commercial Agency guidelines , ensuring:
autonomy in time management and activity planning,
performance-based remuneration,
compliance with EU transparency requirements for agreements with self-employed agents.
The professional represents Tecno-Gaz in the assigned markets, contributing to sales growth,



distributor development, brand positioning, and market competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen the distribution network in the assigned area.
Prepare and manage the sales budget in coordination with the Overseas Director.
Set annual sales objectives for distributors and support them in achieving results.
Propose and implement local marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
Organize and deliver product training for end-users and partners.
Coordinate participation in international fairs and events.
Monitor customer payments and report any critical issues.
Collect, analyze, and report on market trends and competitor activities.
Contribute to product range evolution by sharing feedback from end-users and distributors.
Supervise and support after-sales activities as needed, ensuring effective communication with customers.
