- 5 days OnsiteTravel: May be requiredJob SummaryWe are seeking an Automation System Engineer to join a managed services team supporting and improving GMP manufacturing and automation systems.
The role will focus on automation system support, PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system qualification, disaster recovery, and the implementation of new and upgraded automation systems.Must-Have SkillsStrong Automation experience within a GMP environment.Strong knowledge of Siemens, MES, OSI-PI,
and/or General Process Control.Hands-on knowledge of PLC/SCADA, automation hardware, and industrial networking.IT Security/Cybersecurity experience.Experience with IT backup and Disaster Recovery.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server and Windows operating systems, including Active Directory.Basic database administration knowledge.Strong competency in IT/OT infrastructure.Ability to assess the criticality of application support issues and prioritize accordingly.Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. xbvzest Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
