Work Policy & Hours:

About the Role & Program Kickstart your career with Huawei Italy’s Graduate Program. This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure (All-Flash Storage, OceanStor, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Data Protection), technical solution design and customer engagement, and transition directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.
Main Responsibilities: Market & Needs Analysis: Conduct technical and market analysis to identify enterprise IT trends, evaluate client data management pain points, and uncover growth opportunities for Cloud and Enterprise Storage solutions.
