TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a professional to join projects in the Automotive sector.

The selected candidate will join teams dedicated to the development of large-scale embedded systems, with a particular focus on Automotive HMI. The role will involve monitoring projects and development processes, contributing to project planning, team organization, and continuous process improvement.

Thanks to their technical expertise, the candidate will also participate in architecture and application code reviews, contributing to the quality and effectiveness of the solutions developed.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the creation of Features, Epics, and Enablers according to the AGILE methodology

Monitor the workflow of one or more development teams working in the Automotive HMI domain

Analyze and monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement

Share project status and results with management





Contribute to project planning and team organization

Collaborate with other departments to improve development processes and ensure compliance with quality standards

Manage critical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Participate in architecture and source code reviews in C, C++, Java, and Kotlin
Required Technical Skills:

Knowledge of embedded software development, preferably in the Automotive sector

Knowledge of C, C++, Java, and Kotlin programming languages

Knowledge of AGILE methodologies

Familiarity with development process management and monitoring tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
Optional Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Automotive-specific processes, particularly ASPICE

Knowledge of Automotive HMI functionalities, with a focus on Infotainment and Instrument Cluster
Education:

Technical Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:

Engineering

Computer Science

STEM disciplines or equival
