Leica Biosystems is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global CoE with the local market in Italy. You will own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalations, and drive regional service excellence while aligning global standards with local needs.
Collaborating across Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance, you will remove barriers and improve performance to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Travel ~5% is required.
