Job Overview:
The Customer BDE is a role combining customer success and business development. The mission is to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with existing clients while identifying and unlocking growth opportunities. By acting as a strategic advisor and commercial partner, the Business Development Expert ensures customer satisfaction, retention,
and expansion across products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Business Development & Expansion
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement
Co-develop growth plans tailored to client needs and market trends
Collaborate with sales and product teams to propose innovative solutions
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for a specifi portfolio of clients
Understand client goals, pain points, and operational context
Ensure consistent delivery quality and proactive issue resolution
Customer Advocacy & Retention
Monitor customer satisfaction, usage data, and service adoption
Lead periodic business reviews to demonstrate value and performance
Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence roadmap and priorities
Revenue Accountability
Contribute to revenue targets through renewals and expansion deals
