This is a 100% remote position , which means you can work from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home or remote office.
3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
~ Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
~ Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;




~ Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
~ Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
~ Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements;
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
A freelance contract that allows you to work from any part of the world;
