For our production site in Badia Polesine, we are looking for an:
Automation Engineer
The position will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation solutions, handling programming, testing, commissioning, process optimization,



and technical support to ensure efficiency, quality, and reliability of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and development of automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics), defining process requirements and technical specifications.
- Responsible for diagnosing complex faults on PLCs, industrial networks, sensors, and actuators.
- Manages commissioning and testing of systems, organizing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), overseeing start‑up, calibration, and optimization of control logic.
- Supports the maintenance team in ensuring correct operation and efficiency of systems in compliance with current Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures.
- Supports the engineering team with software updates, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting during start‑ups, restarts, and normal plant operations.
