Senior Field Operations Engineer
The Senior Field Operations Engineer is responsible for leading the execution of complex
industrial field projects worldwide, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational
excellence and customer satisfaction. and project execution. the field team coordinating field teams,

Lead multidisciplinary field teams during execution of industrial projects.
• Plan and coordinate field activities with customers and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer procedures.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of industrial
process equipment
• Perform and supervise mechanical assembly, electrical connections, instrumentation
verification and system testing.
• Interface directly with customer operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and field reports.
• Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, coach and mentor junior field personnel.
Required Experience
• Minimum 2–4 years of industrial field experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in complex industrial environments.
