Operating in Country Marketing division, reporting to Country Marketing Director, the Marketing & Communications Business Leader is responsible for translating commercial strategies and goals into marketing communication execution, supported by a team of marketing and communication experts at global or local level.
Increasing digital customer engagement
Influencing commercial opportunities pipeline
Planning and executing MarCom Programs and Communication Activities in line with country Brand and organic growth objectives as well as BU and Global Functions requirements, leveraging Global Marketing tools and processes, including Marketing Automation.
Assembling and localizing communication assets by the MarCom mix for country deployment and leveraging global campaigns
Master degree in economy, business, management or equivalent
~ Fluent English
~5 years relevant experience focused on increasing product/brand awareness in the market, creating a brand market for targeted customers, and implementing promotional programs including:





~ Creating and/or coordinating the production of advertising and promotional materials based on predetermined marketing themes and messages
~ Identifying the optimal mix of advertising and promotional channels that align with defined customer market segmentation and buyer personas
~ Measuring advertising and promotion effectiveness for return-on-investment.
